Objection to land known as 'Land adjacent to Parc y Bryn, Heol y Delyn, Carmarthen' reference SR/021/007 being a candidate site in the Revised Carmarthenshire Local Development Plan for a variety of reasons which include - Harmful effect on amenity — Overlooking / loss of privacy - Any development on the site would have a detrimental and harmful effect on our property, Traffic generation and highway safety - Springfield Road which is single track in places is not suitable to deal with additional traffic, and also the proposed site access is located at busy and dangerous corner junction.
