Llandyfaelog Community Council opposes this candidate site. The area has had a large amount of recent development and it is felt that the road infrastructure is at capacity. The access arrangements are unlikely to cope with further homes and vehicles, leading to traffic following the narrow adjacent farm lane as a wholly inappropriate shortcut to the dual carriageway.

Llandyfaelog Community Council opposes this candidate site. The area proportionally has had a large amount of recent development. It is felt that the road and waste infrastructure will be unable to cope with further development in the area. The lane leading to the site is also very narrow.

The road and other infrastructure through the village is unlikely to cope with the scale of development suggested by the site. The depth should be reduced. Llandyfaelog Community Council does not support the current proposal

The depth of the candidate site appears inappropriate, Llandyfaelog Community Council would suggest that the depth is reduced in order that a single line of roadside homes is possible only.
