The area has had a large amount of recent development and it is felt the road and other infrastructure is at capacity. The access arrangements are unlikely to cope with further homes and vehicles exacerbating the already serious problems in the area.

The suggested use of this site for residential development is completely inappropriate. The access lane along a single lane track cannot provide for sufficient access. The village infrastructure cannot provide for the scale of development. The road through the village could not support the vehicle numbers.
