Llandyfaelog Community Council opposes this site, the suggested use of this land for residential development is completely inappropriate. The access lane along a single lane track cannot provide for sufficient access. The village infrastructure cannot provide for the scale of development. The road through the village could not support the vehicle numbers.

Llandyfaelog Community Council opposes this candidates site, the area has had a large amount of recent development and it is felt that the road and other infrastructure is at capacity. The access arrangements are unlikely to cope with further homes and vehicles, leaping to traffic following the nearby narrow farm lane as a wholly inappropriate short cut to the dual carriageway.
