Mae’r safle yn Heol Bethesda y Tymbl

Ni ddylid caniatau mwy na 30 o dai i’w datblygu ar y safle. Gorau oll os gellid cael ystâd o fyngalos. Yn sicr nid tai tri llawr. Codwyd Neuadd Bethesda sydd wrth ymyl y safle arfaethedig cyn dyddiau y dwyster traffig sydd ar y ffyrdd heddiw.

Caniateir i Neuadd Bethesda gan Eglwys Gynulleidfaol Bethesda gael ei llogi at ddefnydd cymunedol yn y pentref a’r cylch ac mae llefydd parcio ceir yn Heol Bethesdayn brin iawn ac yn broblem eisioes. Mae angen hefyd I warchod y coed derw hardol sydd ar ffin y saffle a Heol Bethesda sydd ag TSP (Tree Preservation Order) arnynt.

The site is in Bethesda Road, Tumble

No more than 30 houses should be allowed to be developed on the site. All the better if it could be an estate of bungalows. Certainly not three-storey houses. Bethesda Hall, which is adjacent to the proposed site, was built before the days of heavy traffic that are on the roads these days.

Bethesda Hall is permitted by Bethesda Congregational Church to be hired for community use in and around the village and car parking spaces in Bethesda Road are very limited and already an issue. There is also a need to protect the beautiful oak trees on the border of the site with Bethesda Road which have a TSP (Tree Preservation Order).

Yn anghytuno, mae dyraniad y safle o fewn y CDLl at ddibenion preswyl wedi cael ei ystyried yn llawn drwy'r fethodoleg asesu safle. Fel rhan o'r broses asesu hon paratowyd pro fforma safle manwl.

Disagree, the allocation of the site within the LDP for residential purposes has been subject to full consideration through the site assessment methodology. As part of this assessment process a detailed site pro forma has been prepared.
