No change to the Plan

I am writing in support of the above land being retained in within the Carmarthenshire LDP as a housing allocation. Would you be kind enough to forward this email as a notice of my intent to the relevant officials?

I am still actively trying to market my mother’s site as a housing development opportunity, but this was delayed by the pandemic and the current issues with phosphate levels in the River Teifi Catchment Area, which I understand are currently under review by Natural Resources Wales. This has delayed progress unfortunately. I have had a number of expressions of interest from potential developers, but unfortunately, the present situation has prevented them for taking this further for the time being. I am optimistic that once development is permitted, the site can be developed for the greater good of the village and local community.
