Remove the site from the Plan.

Proposed development of site at Wernfraith Farm
After reading the letter posted through my door from MAP Steering group I just wanted to make you aware of the problems we face at Glenfryn ( i live at 1 Glenfryn Porthyrhyd) down the road from the proposed site.

I regularly phone Welsh Water (after EVERY heavy rain fall) the floods/blockage we get each time is appaling .To the extent it comes back in to my house.Toilet water level in my house rises and raw sewerage comes to the maximum level in the garden out of the manholes.The pumping station cant cope as Welsh Water keeps fobbing us off with each time .
Everytime this happens the engineer has to reset the pumping station or they call an outside contractor to suck the sewerage away.
Originally Welsh water said a pipe had collapsed from the pumping station to the treatment works they repaired the pipe but we are still getting raw sewerage in the garden and its its still coming back in to the house .
They do respond but it can take up to 4-8 hours each time ! This is a regular occurrence. Depending on the weather.

There is no way another development will help with the problems we are already dealing with !

This is raw sewerage and it isnt going away . I have lived at my property for 7 years and it is an absolute nuisance.
