I object to the proposals for the following reasons: -
1. To join Bryn and Llangennech is unacceptable, a green belt buffer is required
2. Ribbon development on this side of Penllwyngwyn Road is bad planning
3. Sites SR/086/038 and SR/086/028 are good quality agricultural land
4. Bryn is not a growth pole only development land for local need should be zoned.

1. Will the existing Health Care services be sufficient to cope with the extra patients?
2. What will be the availability of suitable school places in the area of Bryn/Bynea/ Llangennech, taking into account that Llangennech school is Welsh only!
3. We have concerns regarding the road network. At peak times there is considerable traffic through Bridge Street Llangennech.

1. Impact upon rural character of Llangennech.
2. Building on this land would connect Llangennech to Bryn, taking away the boundary between the two.
3. Aesthetic importance - building on this land would take away the view of our rural scenery.
