We wish to object to this candidate proposal which will have a negative impact upon the residential amenity by reason of noise, disturbance, overlooking and loss of privacy.

The visual impact of the candidate proposal will have a negative impact on the character of the historical village of llanddarog. Additionally, the development would adversely effect highway safety of road users but more specifically the safety of school pupils.

My concerns are still about a sudden influx of people into a rural area. As well as the impact on the community and way of life, are concerns about the impact on all the services and there does not seem to have been any improvement in the infrastructure since the L.D.P plan in 2012. SP17 p123 Transport and Accessibility the A48 continues to be increasingly congested, especially at school holidays and Summer time. Any alternative routes to Carmarthen are also congested at these times making it very difficult to get into the town. The revised LDP plan mentions more public transport and reduces car use.

Large residential sites would alter the character, ethos and language of the Community. Council cut backs affecting schools, hospitals and services. Sewerage unable to cope at present. Urgent problems waiting to be resolved regarding sewage spillage onto road and properties Health hazard.
