have concerns regarding the following - the infrastructure for the area is both inadequate and insufficient for the expected population increase should these developments go ahead.
Schools in the area are already close to full capacity for existing residents.
Concerns regarding inadequate drainage and specifically sewerage issues need clarification and comprehensive investigation.
Healthcare, doctors surgeries have limited registration places available.
Road network is not suitable for this volume of traffic, the road from Bryn to Bynea will turn into a main thoroughfare.
