Representation Summary:
If the field behind my house is turned into a housing estate I am concerned at the impact this will have on my privacy in my house and garden. When I purchased this house I was informed that was agricultural land which will not be built upon. Llangunnor currently has the benefit of plenty of green spaces. Converting more of these into houses spoils the area and has an impact on wildlife. I am also concerned at the increase in traffic that will result from the additional houses.
