Large vehicles already access this area on a daily basis via the already busy A4138, Trossach roundabout and Rhandir terrace, with a weight restriction of vehicles over 71/2 ton, on Rhandir Terrace. A handling and storage of hazardous waste proposal has recently been stopped on nearby premises, does mixed use include the storage of hazardous waste?
