Rwy'n datgan fy ngwrthwynebiad I gynnwys y tir ym Mhlas Isaf /Golwg yr Afon, Llangennech yn y Cynllun Datblygu Lleol. Credaf y dylai'r tir gael ei ddiogelu am fod anifeiliaid, creaduriaid a rhywogaethau gwarchodedig yn byw yno. Yn ogystal, rhaid ystyried y mynediad i'r tir a'r rhwydwaith y ffyrdd gan nad yw'n addas am ragor o ddatblygiad yn yr ardal. Rhaid hefyd ystyried yr effaith amgylcheddol a'r system carthffosiaeth a'r ffaith fod problemau eisoes yn bodoli gyda'r system carthffosiaeth bresennol.
I wish to state my objection to the inclusion of the land at Plas Isaf/Golwg yr Afon, Llangennech in the Local Development Plan. I believe that the land should be protected because animals, creatures and protected species live there. In addition, access to the land and the road network must be considered as it is not suitable for further development in the area. Consideration must also be given to the environmental impact and the sewerage system and the fact that problems already exist with the current sewerage system.
