Representation Summary:
1. A484 main road through Pembrey is unable to cope with the amount of current traffic.
2. The A484 is the main road used by Emergency vehicles to both Prince Philip and Glangwili
hospital.
3. The amenities/infrastructure in the village, sewage, refuse collection, school, health centre
are severely oversubscribed at present. They would not be able to cope with the extra
volume of people.
4. Access to site would create a hazard to local householders.
