Representation Summary:
Objection is that Capel Terrace should not be the access. Road is narrow and congested with parked vehicles. Pavement used to park, otherwise vehicles could not pass. Junction with Frondeg Terrace is very narrow and being a very busy road with poor visibility due to parked vehicles can be very dangerous. Numerous complaints have already been made to the highways dept.
