objection is that Capel Terrace should not be the access. Road is narrow and congested with parked vehicles. Pavement used to park, otherwise vehicles could not pass. Junction with Frondeg Terrace is very narrow and being a very busy road with poor visibility due to parked vehicles can be very dangerous. Numerous complaints have already been made to the highways dept. In the past the fire brigade was unable to attend a fire at my property due to parked vehicles. these types of danger would be greatly increased should Capel Terrace be used as access for this site.

The land owner has intentions to propose the use of Capel Terrace as a means for site access. Possibly for temporary use for site works, which will then lead to permanent access - Land ownership is in question.

The respondent has further concerns relating to:
- environmental (e.g. Japanese Knotweed; former waste site);
- ecologicial (potential effects upon species & habitats);
- blocking of a public footpath;
- vehicular access problems.
