The scale of the proposed site would effectively double the current size of the upper village as it stands and therefore completely change the demographic make-up of the community which at present is largely Welsh and I cannot see the demand for such a large development in the village which would be aimed at outsiders. I have deep concerns at how the present sewage would cope and moreover, how the small B road would cope with the increased level of traffic
