1. The land is green belt.
2. Currently outside LDP is agricultural land.
3. Concerned about extra traffic on Pontamman Road, there has already been fatalities (deaths) along this road. 8am you cannot get out of your drive due to traffic. Vehicles always speeding & overtaking in 30mph area. Litter always being thrown out of cars.
