Objects on the following grounds:
a) Loss of privacy to the detriment of the enjoyment of residents in their gardens.
b) Destruction of a thriving wildlife habitat behind Heol Plas Isaf and the area within the plan.
c) Devaluation of properties in the area
d) Loss of safety aspects for residents due t increased traffic.
e) Increased noise levels due to increased traffic and additional properties.
f) Strain on local amenities such as doctors surgery, also there is no post office in the village.
g) I also understand that the play area at the side of Heol Plas Isaf was removed even though there was interest expressed in taking on responsibility for it. This is detrimental to children in this area.
