Representation Summary:
The land is immediately to the rear of my property and has for many years been the cause of problems. The matter has been taken up by our local MP - to no avail. CCC holds all the details (see a copy of the TPO enclosed).
This begs the question of - as the landowner has been unable to maintain these tree - how is it suddenly suitable for building purposes?
I also not that this proposes a change from agriculture to residential, what is happening to our local farms?
