Representation Summary:
As this land is privately owned and the ownership has been unresolved for many years it is of concern as to who has applied for planning permission. Also this area is "Green Belt" and agricultural land so changes the whole concept of rural area.
The road is certainly not suitable for increased traffic, recently animals from a local farm have been causing problems straying onto the road and have been reported to the police.
