Representation Summary:
Wildlife habitat is very strong in this long unfarmed patch of land
.Animals and plants do not add to environmental issues , building
properties will .
Road networks stretched to grid-lock now , Pontarddulais,Hendy and
Fforest Hill can not cope now and pressure would be even further increased
by car numbers coming from adding more properties.
Doctors surgery can't cope with patient numbers now , why add more
potential residents .
Sewerage , how will it cope .
