Representation Summary:
Natural wildlife habitat is very strong in this unfarmed area of land. Animals and plants do not add to environmental issues , building properties will.
Road networks stretched to grid lock already. Pontarddulais,Hendy and Fforest Hill can't cope now and pressure would be even further added with increased traffic coming from even further development.
Doctors surgery can't cope with patient numbers now, why add more potential residents .
Sewerage , how will it cope .
