There has already been a significant amount of recent development in the area e.g. along Colonel Rd/Woodlands estate etc that has affected services and quality of life for the residents. We believe that the infrastructure in the area has already been significantly impacted and would not sustain further development.

We would like these sites to remain agricultural land at the foot of an area of natural beauty as Mynydd y Betws

Further development in the open countryside above the existing level / edge / band would be detrimental to the area of Betws and the quality of life of it's residents and should be protected.
