Loss of green belt and becoming a concrete jungle, wild birds (red kite) feeding and nesting in fields. Merging of Bryn and Llangennech villages. Doctor's surgeries have become overcrowded and not enough school places.
Road network would not be able to cope with extra traffic which is already dangerous
