Representation Summary:
This field is part of the small green belt separating Bryn and Llangennech, its loss will result in the merging of Bryn and Llangennech into one anonymous suburb for commuters with a complete destruction of local identity.
Nursery and schools are already oversubscribed
Drainage/sewerage issues
Llangennech already incredibly congested at all times of the day
Disastrous consequences to wildlife (already dispossessed of multiple sites as a result of large new builds on farmland).
We currently have numerous builds going on in Bynea & Bryn - infrastructure will not survive further new builds.
