Representation Summary:
The local infrastructure will not cope with a large development. School is over subscribed and the road is a small side road which will not be able to handle the extra traffic. The site is behined my property, the bottom of my garden floods in heavy rain because the soil is heavy clay and the lay of the land,if more properties were to be built, my house and all the others on the top half of Penygarn Road would be at serious risk of flooding. I am very concerned. There is no housing shortage in Tycroes.
