I wish to protect the greenfield site for future generations. The reason
being that it is a Special Landscape Area. In addition any development on
this land would contravene EQ6, TAN15, SP12,SP13, SP15, SP17 and PPW para
9.1.2. Developing the land would also go against the Wellbeing Act.
