Representation Summary:
I object to the planning development of houses in Plas Isaf as it would not be in keeping with the current state of housing. Also, the proposed increase in traffic is not desirable with the road network not suitable for the proposed 300 house holds worth of vehicles. The endless work to complete this new housing estate would also cause a huge disruption and lower the values of the current resident's houses.
