Pembrey is not a 'Growth area' is not sustainable having lost of Post Office and Corner shop.
This site, on the steep Northside of A484, is in the Special Area of Pembrey Mountain. The development too dense, will create too much traffic onto A484, overload the sewers and increase the flooding risk. The oncost to the Council of setting and maintaining the site will be too much. Affordable homes are not suitable. It will ruin the Footpath 57/57 and damage all sustainability targets. The site will ruin the 'Court Farm' listed building site and thwart development of another Tourist attraction
