Whilst the respondent refers to MACM/SeC6/f in his objection, the actual objection is for the site to the rear i.e additional site MACM/SeC6/c citing concerns regarding flooding on the site.
Ein hymateb:
The new housing allocation SeC6(iii) was included as an additional site during the Examination. It has been subject to full consideration through the site assessment methodology. As part of this assessment process a detailed site pro forma has been prepared, and any potential constraints have been considered.
