With reference to the proposal for increased housing at the following SeC7/h3 I
would like to make a comment on the proposed overdevelopment at this site for
the following reasons:
Loss of a highly regarded and critical habitat for numerous wild species as this
contradicts the climate and nature emergency statements made on our behalf .

The allocation of the site within the LDP for residential purposes has been subject to full consideration through the site assessment methodology. As part of this assessment process a detailed site pro forma has been prepared.
