Reference “to the satisfaction of NRW” should be removed, as the FCA must satisfy the provisions of TAN 15, and its acceptability is determined by the Local authority.

In addition you propose the following wording “Where a development is proposed in an area of identified flood risk an accompanying technical evidential statement must be
provided to satisfy the provisions of TAN15” - for clarity “Flood Consequences Assessment” should be used rather than “technical evidence statement”.
