In the local area the roads are already congested, with the development of more housing road congestion will increase, leading to health issues and possible accidents.
There are no more available school places
Demand for medical services, including a doctor is high now and with additional homes being developed demand will increase.
The area is over developed now, there are few employment opportunities for the local area.
Local services, such as sewerage are stretched now. More housing will place even more pressure on services.
There is a potential for environmental damage which could affect local wildlife.

The roads in the area are not able to support an increase in traffic, the same applies to our schools, Doctor's surgeries and drainage systems.
Also the environmental consequences; the destruction of beautiful green space and damage to wildlife. There are brown/derelict sites in the County which need improving and could be used. The health implications on residents of increased traffic through our villages. I feel the need for extra housing is not in our area but in other parts of the Country, many houses are taking so long to be sold, this does not reflect a housing shortage here.

We object because: -
Right to Light: - building behind will reduce the amount of light as we are 40 ft lower than field. This will have a detrimental effect on our health and wellbeing.
Bank concerns: - over past 10 years bank has deteriorated and fallen into our garden and will pose a concern if large vehicles and houses are built.
Privacy: - We will be over looked and will have no privacy to the back of our property and garden.
Drainage: - Water drainage is a huge concern.
Other concerns: - wildlife

Object on the following grounds -
Right to light, Banking concerns, privacy and drainage
Llangennech is already over populated and both the schools and roads cannot cope. We are also concerned about the wildlife and the effects on the landscape. Developers have no concerns for wildlife or residents and will simply knock up poor quality houses with limited parking as we have seen in the recent development in Bryn.

Parcels of land are back and side of my property, I would loose value on my property. We would have loss of direct sunlight especially at winter when sun is lower, we would loose privacy. We would feel traffic vibrations in our house, noise and disturbance also pollution from the fumes from passing vehicles, 5 foot difference in levels of where potential access to the land is.
We would be over looked, and loose total privacy directly at the back of the house and garden. Water drainage is not sufficient, as I am still currently having the water over flow coming into my property.
This would have a huge impact on the wildlife here.
