Access to this site is via mwrwg road, a single track road with tree preservation orders on trees either side of the road. Safety issues would arise with an increase in traffic as there are no pavements. It also passes close by a mine working air shaft. Flooding has also occurred on this road. The proposed entrance onto this site is actually on the forecourt of a dwelling and on a corner, again safety issues would arise.
