Representation Summary:

Regarding the strategy itself i base my comments largely on the sites proposed in the Llangennech ward.

I fully support the development of disused and brown field sites and the small sites in the ward wold be ideal for development. Regarding the greenfield sites i feel this is not acceptable for development. The county has so much old industrial land there is little need for using green fields. Furthermore Llangennech is not ideally situated to local jobs, it is a commuter area and as part of the strategy is to reduce car journeys these sites are not compatible at all.
Furthermore the current infrastructure is overloaded, J48 of the m4 is already lethal at peak times with cars backed up on the hard shoulder. The by pass is also very busy.

I feel the priority across the county must be to develop redundant or old industrial land initially and also top priority should be to get the many disused houses in the county back into use. One of the county's great attractions is its 'Greenness' and a place to escape and this is very imortant for tourism and other industries. This must be preserved as much as possible to help the prosperity of the County

I am very sorry to have joined I believed it it a total waste of my time and everybody elses as we could have 100% total objection with all the bell and wistles for all types of excuses, yet you the council and the dredded developer would build the monstrosity that they promised. But there is a probrem when the developer only wants outline planning to go through, they put on.paper what they must, then shft everyone!!! Proof is the pendderi site the sewage tanks are not put in, and all the houses are plumbed into the sewage system so there is to much sewage going into the system during the day, this is so bloody wrong and blantant on the developers part. And what about nature and the habitate, developers dont care at all, they cut down 100 's of mature trees without a care or thorght to what lived in them.Yet the Council can not see past the pieces of silver.
Or the Residends that live around them. You have earmarked so much land for building in the Llangennech, Bryn area especially as you come off the motorway up the hill towards the lights,
All that land you see from the road to the water will have houses on it, and on the opposit side of the road. Then again the land that used by the R N by the doctors surgery and on to the roundabout. Yet we have 2 small shops and a chemist and a butcher and NO parking spaces not even for Disabled, we havent got a corner shop or a paper shop. So with the prospect of so many more house and even more cars on the roads, there will be so many more accidends on the M4 as you are hearing of late, it is getting to much and it is your fault. Plain and simple you over populate an area that area becomes conjested, which leads to to many cars on the roads and to many irrate, dangerous, impatiant drivers it's a never ending cirvle were people get hurt or DIE.
Then that your falt for being greedy, as your only doing this for the revenue. As thousands of properties really do not have a good look.
