The previous and continuing overdevelopment of Bynea has overwhelmed the existing infrastructure such as sewerage, traffic congestion, local education and health services. Development included on the previous LDP are as yet far from complete.

Once complete these will obviously further exacerbate the lack of facilities to cope with the number and type of additional developments proposed on the candidate site list.

Maintenance of open space and the creation of much needed leisure facilities for the area would be most welcome.

I object to the change of use from agricultural to residential for site reference SR/086/071 Llwynhendy Health Centre is currently inundated with patients at present and the addition of extra housing will put extra pressure on this organisation, making appointments even more difficult to get. There is also no pharmacy in Bynea.

As a resident of Pendderi Road, we currently have a major development of 240+ houses opposite our home on the Genwen site, these houses are not connected to the main sewer because they can't cope with the extra volume. Therefore we strongly object to any more houses being built in this area.

2. What will be the availability of suitable school places in the area of Bryn/Bynea/ Llangennech, taking into account that Llangennech school is Welsh only!
3. We have concerns regarding the road network. At peak times there is considerable traffic through Bridge Street Llangennech.
