We and others are very concerned about traffic congestion. The situation is bad enough now, this building would in our opinion put lives at risk.

1. Increasing risk of flooding to existing properties from run off from the proposed site.
2. Access on to main road would be totally foolhardy. There are cars parked all along the main road opposite entrances to site. Also a bend in the road a short distance away which makes the entry a blind spot.
3. There is also a public right way.
4. Loss of habitat for wild life and founa.

I was told when I purchased the property by the owners of the property and field site that the land would never be used for building on as it was unsuitable.

1. We had/have to put up with flooding from Summer Way which is the B.O.A.T on the proposed site, if building is allowed it will worsen.
2. Traffic on Water Street is fast particularly coming around the bend to the Summer Way exit. People who live there have (4 Cars) find it dangerous. This area is already an accident waiting to happen.

I am concerned that the access to the main road is going to be dangerous with traffic from 11 new residences.
There is likely to be adverse impact on the public footpath that runs alongside the proposed site.
Likely to be problems with water/flooding of houses further down.

Increase of traffic on already busy road which traffic calming has had effect. The restricted access to the site, already makes it difficult to pull out onto the main road, onto the bend.
