Representation Summary:
Myself and all our family believe this is a great proposal for the area. This will bring about more people in the vicinity to help tackle existing problems such as flytipping, theft ect.
The entrance is not a problem at all due to cars barely doing 10mph at the bridge due to the blind bend. National speed limit should be moved north of the water treatment works to encourage slower speeds. We own land next door in country terms to this proposed development and welcome it.
