I object to the proposed inclusion of this parcel of land in the LDP on grounds of endangering biodiversity and obstructing wild life corridors, as well as changing the character of this area in a way that impinges on the many people who use the area for health and leisure.
Furthermore, access to the whole area of Cwmoernant, upper
Springfield Road and Heol y Delyn is very narrow and any increase in traffic will endanger
pedestrians. There are many school children walking along Springfield Road
as well as the area being used by leisure walkers and ramblers.
