Representation Summary:
The area already suffers significant traffic flow problems & a severe lack of public transport. The road through Llangunnor & Pensarn barely copes now, often held up by shoppers in Pensarn & the traffic lights on Towy bridge. Additional houses in the area will significantly add to this problem. The road layout needs to be addressed first. This could be said for all of the proposed sites.
