This area of natural beauty is rich in wildlife including foxes, badgers, owls and rare butterflies.
The area contains a nature walk which is well used by many residents.
Green spaces are essential for Physical and Mental Health Wellbeing.
The area has several footpaths running through it which residents from surrounding areas also use.
Development on this land would drastically increase the size of the surrounding villages of Pantyffynnon and Tycroes causing problems with infrastructure and the provision of health care and education.
