Representation Summary:
This land is known to provide a nesting and feeding ground for red kites.
It provides a natural break between The Bryn and Llangennech. This development would merge the two villages. There is already a shortage of school places in the area. To get an appointment with a doctor is a lottery and the road system is inadequate. The land is adjacent to the brow of a hill and is blessed with traffic calming measures. This slows the traffic down which makes access on to the main road very difficult.
