I am objecting to the proposed development based on the following:
The land between Cleviston Park and Penlan is a traditional "green belt" that is a natural border between the villages of The Bryn and Llangennech.
Additional housing on the Llangennech/Llwynhendy "corridor will provide an additional issue to the already inadequate infrastructure. Lack of school places. Lack of Healthcare practices. The road system is already inadequate - road calming measures and heavy traffic noticed over the last six months is creating slow moving traffic, on a hill where access to the site would be located.
