I am in the process of purchasing a property in Maes Yr Bryn and am very concerned about residential properties being build in the surrounding area. My concerns include access points to the residential properties and the road network being unable to cope with the extra traffic. I am also concerned about the pressures on the local hospital and two GP surgeries in the area which are already overstretched. Other concerns include insufficient school places in the local schools which are already full to capacity, inadequate drainage, insufficient infrastructure and the consequences to wildlife
