GP surgery not equipped to deal with more residents, already difficult to see get an appointment.
Schools would need a great deal of funding to deal with the extra amount of pupils.
Traffic already excessive. This would be worse with more residential buildings.
Hendy and Fforest will no longer be an attractive place to live.
