Representation Summary:
Demand: Projections indicate reduced demand for houses. There is no evidence of the need for a new site yielding up to 300 houses. Existing sites have sufficient capacity to cater for future demand.
Infrastructure: Existing roads, schools, hospitals, drainage, sewerage, broadband, telephone system would not support development on this scale
Historic/ Cultural: Roman Road should be preserved for its historic value. It should form the boundary for development for Llangunnor to preserve its village identity.
Strategic Drivers: L.D.P drivers SO1, 3, 4,5,6,7,8,9,11,14 not supported.
The L.D.P. should build communities not build profit for developers.
