Access to proposed area - through Penlan - road too narrow
Access off main road - another junction would have to be created. This would have to be before the brow of the hill on the hill. The road to and from Llangennech has already been narrowed by the introduction of cycle paths. These would have to be crossed to gain access. The volume of traffic through Llangennech would further increase - the main road is often reduced to single file due to cars parked on one side of the road. There is obviously a road safety issue.
