Representation Summary:
I am concerned that there are three potential development sites marked off Church Road, Gorslas. This would be in addition to the new Primary School to be developed in the park. Traffic is already bad on Church Road, especially at rush hour and weddings / funerals in the church, and with large Green's lorries using Church Road as well. I do not believe that Church Road and the junction at the bottom with Llandeilo Road / Six Ways is sufficient to cope with the increase in traffic if all three potential development sites are included in the LDP.
