My opposition is based upon the following concerns:
1. Planning Application - Planning application for this land has been
turned down a number of times
2. Traffic dangers and congestion
3. Surface water flooding issues and sewerage
4. Impact on local infrastructure and amenities - Doctor / dental
surgeries and schools are at full capacity without the extra burden that a
100 families in this development could bring.
5. Listed building consideration - Cwrt Farm is currently a Grade 11*
listed building.

7. Loss of habitat and hedgerows
